Working in partnership with the client, our team complimented the acrylic base with a slew of other materials, wrapping and welding the components together to create the infinity box and kits. Our fabrication crew forged iridescent custom triangles as carriers for the travel and celeb kits and added a magnetic closure to hold the interwoven compartments together. This ensured the kits were compact and functional on-the-go fashion statements.

Each kit held five pairs of sustainable Arnette sunglasses, which lay nested inside a custom #ZAYNxARNETTE branded box. With their new sturdy travel kits, Zayn and his friends can now mix up and play with different sunglass styles to match their ever-changing vibes.

• Project Management – Our project managers tracked the progression of all components and provided updates to the client.
• Design – We originated the custom compactable sunglass kit and infinity mirror designs.
• Engineering – Once the design was approved, our engineers determined the best material, hardware, and fabrication methods to bring the concept to fruition.
• Prepress – The preproduction crew ensured all art files were set up properly for our large-format digital printers and cutters.
• Printing – Large-scale digital printing produced components of the infinity box, the sides of the travel and celeb kits, and the custom boxes that housed them.
• Cutting – We laser-cut the custom triangles in the travel and celeb sunglass kits, and the dividers in the infinity box.
• Fabrication – Forging the triangle carriers of the travel and celeb kits and then weaving the various components together called for hand assembly.
• Finishing – We laminated the plex with iridescent pink, blue and purple films, and sewed the magnets into the custom bands.‍
• Fulfillment – Our shipping crew created boxes sized to perfectly house each of the seeding kits and then ensured that all 61 kits were sent to the requested addresses.
