Once all the graphics were designed and 3D displays engineered, our production team set to work printing the festive assets. Our finishing team was tasked with welding and assembling thousands of boxes, incorporating the LED lighting, and painting the sports equipment. It wasn’t long before all available space in our workshop was filled! With 194 locations throughout the US and Puerto Rico – and varying box sizes and athlete photos for the window displays differing by geographical location – the organization of our packing and shipping department proved vital to the project’s success. With the tight deadline and collaboration of all departments, this truly was an all-hands-on-deck project.

• Project Management – With thousands of differing boxes, a multitude of athlete photos, and dozens of shipping locations, organized project management was crucial.
• Design – Our new Art Director led the design team from concept creation through final artwork delivery.
• Engineering – 3D engineering determined the exact dimensions and placement of the varying boxes and LED lighting that went into each display.
• Prepress – The prepress department prepped all creative files for production.
• Printing – We digitally printed the vinyl and corrugate “wrapping paper,” and chrome vinyl “ribbons.”
• Cutting – All graphics were cut on our Zund and CNC digital cutters.
• Fabrication – We welded hundreds of 3D sintra boxes together to create the retail displays.
• Finishing – The finishing team hand-assembled the components of the display that could be put together and safely shipped flat to reduce the amount of on-site assembly.
• Installation – Our 3M certified graphic installers put the retail display components together overnight in time for a unified country-wide launch.
• Fulfillment – Our crew shipped thousands of graphics out to 194 locations throughout the US and Puerto Rico, making sure that the correct athlete photos went to their designated stores.
