In the course of a three-year, 4 million dollar project at the Oregon Historical Society we hit a printing snag, a big snag. As the museum director, and project manager, my first action was to call Charley and ask for help — a bail out of sorts. He jumped into action and lined up installers to correct another’s mistakes. Throughout the project, sadly, the “others” involved continued to make mistakes and Charley kept solving problems.
This large exhibit redesign, of our permanent Oregon history exhibit, would not be what it is without the positive assistance of Charley, and the install team. At one point I told the fabrication firm that if they had asked, I would have sent them to Infinity in the first place — you are our go-to team.
Thank you from a grateful museum director,
Helen B Louise
